Job summary

OMW Corporation in Novato, CA is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools. You will install and service equipment, document findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment. Applicants should have an associate degree or CNC certification and 2–3 years of related experience; experience with

Qualifications

Associate degree or certification in CNC machine tools or related field.
2–3 years of experience in troubleshooting, repair and installation of CNC machine tools.
Experience with Matsuura, Okuma, Fanuc, DMG, or Makino is a plus.
Strong reading of blueprints and technical documents.
Proven ability to lead projects and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and solve problems on CNC machine tools.
Perform installation, repair and preventive maintenance of machines and tooling.
Maintain high quality work and adhere to safety procedures.
Train team members on installation, service and repair procedures.
Document actions and findings for service requests and parts needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
