OMW Corporation in Novato, CA is seeking Setup Level Machinists for the weekend shift (3- to 12-hour schedule) to set up and operate 3-axis CNC lathes and, when needed, 3- to 5-axis mills. You will diagnose tool issues and ensure parts meet exact tolerances.
Candidates should have at least 3 years' CNC lathe experience, familiarity with Hwacheon and DMG Mori with Fanuc, and knowledge of GD&T and inspection methods. Strong reading of prints and attention to detail are essential.

We are seeking support in our weekend shift, which follows a 3-12-hour schedule. We are looking for Setup Level Machinists who will be responsible for setting up and operating 3-axis CNC Lathes with minimal assistance to produce complex machined aerospace parts. Operator level machinists must have relevant lathe experience and be competent in diagnosing tool cutter issues related to production manufacturing. You may be required to help operate standard 3, 4, or 5-axis mills when needed.
