Job summary

Schupan & Sons is seeking a CNC Operator to support second shift in Kalamazoo, MI. The role focuses on operating CNC equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality records within ISO-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of design techniques and principles for precision technical plans, blueprints.
• Prior related experience and/or training preferred, with reliable work history.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with inventory and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and related equipment according to prints and specs.
• Produce parts within established tolerances and maintain quality records.
• Inspect finished parts with precision tools and document results.
• Maintain logs of units produced and communicate issues to QA.
• Follow ISO procedures and 5S; ensure a safe, clean work environment.
