Job summary

Weiss-Aug, a leader in precision manufacturing, seeks a CNC Operator at our New Kensington, PA site. You will set up and operate CNC machines, produce machined parts, and uphold quality and safety standards while maintaining records and ensuring timely output.

We offer cross-training across Operations and a team-focused environment. Candidates should have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong dexterity, and clear English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good dexterity and attention to detail.
• English communication skills.
• Team player able to interact with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC equipment to produce machined parts.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and keep records.
• Cross-train in different areas within Operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
