DCE Agency is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Nevada. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precise components according to project specs. The role requires reading blueprints and CAD/CAM drawings, selecting tooling, calibrating machines, and conducting quality inspections with calipers and micrometers.

Safety and PPE are mandatory. Experience with G-code, multi-axis CNC routers, and routine machine maintenance is preferred;

Formación

• Must read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial reasoning.
• Basic to advanced mathematical skills for tolerances and calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, load, and operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM specs, and cut lists for accurate dimensions.
• Select tooling, set speeds, and calibrate machinery before operation.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges for conformance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
