Qualifications

• 1+ years CNC machine experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers and micrometers).
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes).
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in good condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
