Inova Staffing is seeking a CNC Operator in Training for the 2nd shift in Painesville, OH. The role offers hands-on training on CNC machinery, with pay ranging from $18 to $24 per hour based on experience.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with a focus on safety and quality. Candidates will learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting while reading blueprints and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in automotive mechanics, equipment repair, machining, tooling, or a related mechanical field.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Interest in learning CNC machine operation and developing technical skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Train to operate CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting procedures
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications as needed
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and product quality
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Learn to identify machine issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work with experienced machinists and team members to meet production goals
