Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division in Sherman, TX is seeking a Primaries Operator for 1st shift. You will set up and operate CNC equipment (Turret, Brake, Power Press, or Laser), load/unload materials, and perform first article inspections to prints.

Responsibilities include tooling changes, troubleshooting, data entry, and 5S/Continuous Improvement activities. Requires a high school diploma or GED; SAP experience is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC controlled equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate CNC equipment (Turret, Brake, Power Press, or Laser).
• Load and unload raw material and finished parts.
• Perform first article and in-process inspection to prints.
• Perform tooling/die changes.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance.
• Tag product with shop orders and enter data into system.
• Participate in 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
