Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Experience with 3D contouring, threading, and multi-axis machining.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and select tooling.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints to determine tooling and fixture requirements.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to ensure precise machining operations.
• Perform complex machining tasks including drilling, milling, tapping, and boring to tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to ensure spec conformance.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance; document results.
