Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• 1 year of experience operating CNC milling machines (Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, etc.).
• Familiarity with G-code programming and editing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Interpret drawings and work orders to determine machine setup and tooling requirements.
• Load raw materials and monitor machining for accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and output.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality control to resolve production challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with regulations.
