You will load materials, monitor operations, perform routine maintenance, and work with engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. A safety-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating CNC milling machines in manufacturing.
• Able to read blueprints and machining instructions.
• Familiarity with measurement tools.
• ISO/Six Sigma knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines per job specifications and blueprints.
• Load and secure raw materials on machine beds.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Document production data and report any issues or deviations.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
