Qualifications

• 1 year of proven CNC Mills experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and process sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and quality compliance.
• Good communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills to close tolerances and inspect parts with precision tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and process sheets.
• Mount workpieces, set up tooling, and edit programs as needed under supervision.
• Monitor machine readings, temperatures, and speeds; perform first piece inspection.
