Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience required.
• Strong experience with CNC machining.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, fabrication and shop environments.
• Accustomed to production facility environment; able to lift or move light to medium weight equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work with mechanical and electro-mechanical parts, tools, and equipment.
• Follow assembly procedures, drawings, and evolving prototypes and assist in the assembly of products.
• Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assembled products to verify proper operation and adherence to design specifications.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues, adjusting or reworking as necessary to correct defects or improve performance.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, completed tasks, and any identified issues or solutions for quality control and process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs and manufacturability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
