Qualifications

• Strong experience with CNC machining.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and clear communication.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication and shop environments.
• Physically capable of standing long periods, lifting or moving light to medium-weight equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical parts using established procedures and drawings.
• Follow assembly procedures and assist in prototype and product assembly.
• Conduct quality inspections and basic functional testing of assembled products.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues and document solutions for quality control.
• Maintain records of assembly processes, tasks, and issues for process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
