Job summary

Industrious Group is seeking a CNC Machinist II to set up, edit programs, and operate CNC machines for turbine components. You will interpret drawings, select tooling, and ensure parts meet strict quality and safety standards, with close collaboration with engineering and production teams to maintain on-time delivery.

The role requires blueprint reading, geometric tolerancing, and the ability to adjust feeds and speeds for optimal finish and productivity in a high-volume manufacturing

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and applying geometric tolerancing.
• Basic math and geometry understanding for tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and edit programs for VBM and HBM machines.
• Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision turbine components.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet schedules.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for optimal surface finish and productivity.
