American Hydro is seeking a CNC Machinist II to set up, edit CNC programs, operate and maintain large VBM and HBM machines to produce precision turbine components. The role requires interpreting drawings, selecting tooling, and ensuring parts meet strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, editing CNC programs, performing inspections, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality parts on schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Two to four years’ experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Journeyman Machinist certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Read blueprints and apply geometric tolerancing to parts.
• Set up and edit programs for VBM and HBM machines.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met through inspections.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters for efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet schedules.
