Greenwood Fabricating And Plating LLC is seeking a CNC operator to set up and run fabrication machines, read blueprints, and verify dimensions. You will inspect parts, follow safety rules, and maintain documentation.

The role requires teamwork, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. The candidate should have at least 1 year of CNC experience or a related technical degree, and must be able to use calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy.

Formación

• At least 1 year CNC machining experience or a technical related degree or a combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine size and shape to specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds at frequent intervals and to follow safety rules.
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately and use measuring instruments proficiently.
• Must work well with others and demonstrate a team player behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC and other fabrication machines as required.
• Inspect and verify material to order for accuracy and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate jobs according to priorities and complete paperwork as required.
• Perform routine machine preventive maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Fabricate metal to specified dimensions and verify size with measuring devices.
