Qualifications

• 1 year CNC operating experience or technical related degree
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately
• Proficient use of measuring instruments and gauges
• Team player with good written and verbal communication
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop and bend for 100% of shift

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and fabrication machines to produce parts
• Read blueprints and orders to determine size and shape
• Inspect material against customer order for accuracy
• Maintain production and quality standards with safety compliance
• Coordinate jobs according to priorities and communicate with supervisor
• Complete paperwork and documentation as required
• Fabricate metal to specified dimensions
• Perform routine machine preventive maintenance
