Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in CNC operation or similar role.
• Experience reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to translate instructions into machine commands.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand task requirements.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machines to execute.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
• Supervise machines during operations and adjust to improve results.
• Perform daily machinery checks and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure production standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly.
