Job summary

Atterro in Baxter, MN is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers to produce precision components. You will read blueprints, verify dimensions, and maintain quality records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with technical machining training preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T; strong math skills.
• CNC setup and programming experience is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers per specs.
• Set up machines, tooling, and workstations; read setup docs.
• Perform quality inspections with precision measuring tools; document results.
• Monitor performance and adjust as needed; change tooling as required.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100.
