Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to successfully complete Baxter's Machine Set-Up Test; read calipers, micrometer and blueprints.
• Tow motor license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are on hand and organized.
• Operate machinery as specified and run quality checks.
• Set feeds, speeds, and tooling to produce quality parts per drawings.
• Program, troubleshoot and adjust CNC programs as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document production data.
