Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
• Experience with machine tools or mechanical assembly; CAD/CAM skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and milling machines.
• Interpret blueprints, route sheets, and instructions to produce first‑article parts.
• Program and run manual, semi‑automated, and automated equipment with close tolerances.
• Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision metrology tools.
• Plan task sequences to optimize throughput and adjust feeds/speeds as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure traceability of components.
• Conduct routine maintenance of machines and keep work area safe and clean.
• Support adjacent operations and team priorities as required.
