Qualifications

• Strong coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, route sheets, and specifications.
• Vertical & Lathe exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of metal properties (brass, stainless steel, bronze, aluminum).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathes and milling machines.
• Review technical drawings and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Operate CNC machining including milling, turning, close-tolerance work.
• Take precise measurements and set machine parameters.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean workstation.
• Maintain inventory of completed components and inspect output.
