Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience (mill or lathe)
• Ability to program and edit G-code at the machine
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience using precision inspection tools and gauges
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving and mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling or turning
• Set up machines including loading, tooling, offsets, and fixturing
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications for part accuracy
• Operate CNC mills or lathes and monitor performance to maintain tolerances
