Qualifications

• Experience as CNC machinist or similar role.
• Proficient reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with plastics injection molding and EDM.
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools.
• Ability to perform basic math and use measuring instruments such as bore gauges.
• CAM programming experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
• Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble parts as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Use Mazatrol programming language to program CNC machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes.
