Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct CNC experience or formal CNC training plus 1+ years post-training experience.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Ability to run CNC equipment in one cell and perform setup tasks.
• Run first piece and make adjustments based on quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Load and tend runs of parts or perform one-step operations on individual parts.
• Position and secure tools in holding devices, tables, chucks, fixtures.
• Verify conformance of machined parts to specifications.
• Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions for tolerances and machining instructions.
• Meet quality standards and ISO 9001:2015 and AAR M-1003 requirements.
