FEUER Powertrain North America seeks a CNC Machinist I to produce high-precision crankshaft components. You will monitor CNC operations, guide staff, and perform tool changes and initial setup for new batches, ensuring strict quality using CMM/metallurgical lab data.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a 2-year machining certificate, and 2+ years in a machining environment. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with strong safety and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year certificate in machining or metalworking.
• 2+ years machining experience; basic math; ability to read technical docs.
• Read blueprints and GD&T; use precision measuring tools.
• Reliable, self-starting with strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CNC operations and guide operator staff.
• Changeover machines for new batches and ensure release.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and tool checks.
• Support CMM/Met Lab inspections and manual measurements.
• Adjust programs based on inspection data to maintain quality.
