Caliberr Staffing seeks a CNC Machinist for our precision engineering facility in Peterborough, New Hampshire. You will configure and operate CNC equipment, perform hard turning and grinding, and ensure components meet tight tolerances for aerospace, defense, and high-tech applications.

This role emphasizes setup, tooling, datum positioning, and inspection with precision measuring tools. Strong ability to read blueprints and work independently to maintain workflow is essential.

Competenze

• Background in CNC machining, machine setup, or precision grinding.
• Practical experience configuring hard turning or grinding systems.
• Proficiency in reading engineering schematics and maintaining strict tolerances.
• Understanding of tooling, offset management, and datum positioning.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems like Fanuc or Mazak is a plus.
• Capability to resolve machining challenges and contribute to a productive, independent workflow.
