Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing and operations.
• Working knowledge of gauges and calipers.
• Meet minimum tool requirements.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Able to communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Program mills and lathes by entering instructions and offsets.
• Set up mills and lathes with chucks, tools, and attachments.
• Load stock into position for machining.
• Verify settings by measuring first-run parts and samples.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety and QA procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
