Job summary

Advance CNC Machining in Grove City, Ohio is seeking an expert-level CNC Programmer who owns the entire programming process for high-precision aerospace and defense parts. This role requires proactive problem solving and a strong drive for quality from first article through production.

You will program with Mastercam for Tsugami Swiss and multi-function mills, design fixtures, develop setups, and collaborate with Production and Quality to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mastercam experience with Swiss & Mill Turn
• Experience as CNC Programmer and setup machinist
• Knowledge of fixtures and tooling

Responsibilities

• Program using Mastercam for Tsugami TMA8F and B0126-VR
• Design fixtures, select tools, and prepare setup sheets
• Collaborate with Production and Quality to ensure part quality

Salary $120,000 DOE

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus — $2,500 at 90 Days + $2,500 at 6 Months

Advance CNC Machining is looking for an expert-level CNC Programmer who doesn't simply write programs and move on to the next job. What You’ll Do

As our experienced CNC Programmer,you’ll provide accurate programming and execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• CNC programming using Mastercam for (2) Tsugami TMA8F Multi Function Mill Turn, (1) Tsugami B0126-VR Swiss Lathe
• Fixture design, toolselection, and setup sheets
• Collaborating with Production and Quality groups to ensure we produce quality machined parts

Compensation Package includes:

• 401k plan with agenerous 100% employer matchup to $5200 per year
• 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours.

• Minimum offive years of Mastercam(or comparable) software experience with Swiss & Mill Turn
• Minimum of five years of experience as a CNC Setup Machinist
