Job summary

You will collaborate with welders, machinists, and engineers to improve processes, develop fixturing, perform measurements and First Article Inspections, and maintain daily logs in a safe, organized shop.

Qualifications

• Five years machining experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate multiple machines and multitask.
• Strong problem solving and process improvement mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC lathes, mills and grinding equipment.
• Perform setup, tool selection and some programming.
• Inspect major dimensions and perform First Article Inspections.
• Develop fixtures and tooling to improve processes.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
