Qualifications

• CNC programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set tools, offsets, and machine parameters to specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Perform in-process quality checks and adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues as they arise.
• Maintain machines, tools, and a clean, safe work area.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high quality standards.
