Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Wellsville, KS. The role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and emphasizes precision and efficiency to meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency with reading blueprints, and strong math skills. We offer an employee-owned environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools such as drill press, lathes, and other equipment.
• Operates CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet specifications.
• Understands and complies with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machines parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
