Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Wellsville, KS. The role entails operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, strong benefits, and opportunities for overtime.

Located in Wellsville, this full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with a focus on precision, quality, and efficiency in a home-grown, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections to meet specs.
• Maintain ISO 9001 adherence and comply with regulations.
• Keep machines clean and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with setup and changeovers as needed.
