Valley Steel Stamp Inc in Greenfield, MA is seeking a First Shift CNC Operator to set up, program, and monitor complex machining processes for daily production. You will inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy and process quality.

Collaborating with tooling and fixture changes, you will uphold safety protocols while maintaining a steady workflow on a Monday-Thursday 5am–3pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T drawings.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce complex parts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions per GD&T.
