Valley Steel Stamp is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for the weekend shift to operate CNC machines and support production flow. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Weekend shifts with a base rate plus an $8.00/hour differential apply; hours are 6am–6pm, Friday–Sunday. The company maintains a 4-day work week and conducts annual wage reviews.

Qualifications

• CNC experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines accurately and efficiently to produce complex parts.
• Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control instruments.
• Verify part dimensions against blueprint, GD&T, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members on tooling setup, fixture adjustments, and process improvements.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of hand tools, machine guards, and factory safety protocols.
• Maintain reliable attendance and support weekend production.

We have a 4-day work week giving you a 3-day weekend! There are 2 shifts: 5am - 3pm and 3pm - 1am, Monday - Thursday.

There are annual reviews for wage increases. There is a bonus system in place that starts at 3% of your salary. Health insurance becomes effective on the first day of the month following your first full month of employment. For example, if your start date is September 3rd, your coverage will begin on November 1st.

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will use your technical skills to operate CNC machines, monitor machining processes, and support efficient production flow. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Hours Weekend shift schedule to be discussed during the interview process. This position includes an additional $8.00 per hour weekend shift differential on top of the base rate.
