Mountain Machining is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in West Valley, Utah. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, and perform first article inspections to ensure part accuracy.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and maintain equipment and a clean, safe workspace. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with G-code and M-code programming adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T symbols.

Responsabilités

• Setup & operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and part accuracy.
• Perform first article inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues and production variances.
• Collaborate with programming to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
