Job summary

Real Carbon Inc. in Washougal, WA is seeking a full-time CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and monitor machines producing carbon fiber and composite components according to engineering specifications.

You will interpret drawings, select tooling, load programs, run tests, and optimize parameters for quality and efficiency while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards in the shop.

Qualifications

• Must be local to Washougal.
• Experience operating CNC equipment and related machinery with strong operation skills.
• Reading blueprints and measuring to tight tolerances using precision tools.
• Experience with milling and other machining processes for composites and metals.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce carbon fiber and composite components.
• Interpret technical drawings, select tooling, load and adjust programs, run test runs.
• Optimize machining parameters for quality and productivity; perform in-process checks.
• Document results and perform routine machine maintenance; troubleshoot minor issues.
