JM Fabrication Company LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a CNC Operator to run CNC milling and turning equipment to produce precision aerospace and defense components per drawings and quality standards.

You will load material, operate proven CNC programs, perform in-process inspections, and ensure travelers and records are accurate. The role requires blueprint and GD&T literacy and familiarity with Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc controls.

Qualificações

• 1+ year operating CNC mills or lathes in a production machine shop.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Setup experience or familiarity with Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc controls.

Responsabilidades

• Load material, run CNC programs, and unload finished parts.
• Perform in-process checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges per the inspection plan.
• Make authorized offset adjustments and escalate as needed.
• Change worn tools and keep the machine clean and maintained.
• Complete travelers and in-process inspection records accurately.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming parts per procedure.
• Follow shop safety and quality procedures.
