JM Fabrication Company LLC – Arlington, TX is seeking a CNC Operator to run CNC mills and lathes, producing aerospace and defense components to drawing and quality requirements. This full-time role is based in Arlington, TX.

You will load materials, run programs, perform in-process checks with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and document travelers and inspection records. Experience with Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc controls is preferred.

Formación

• Read blueprints and basic GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Setup experience or familiarity with Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc controls (preferred).

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Load material, run proven CNC programs, and unload finished parts.
• Perform in-process checks at the machine using calipers, micrometers, and gauges per the inspection plan.
• Make authorized offset adjustments and escalated issues to the setup machinist or lead.
• Change worn tools and keep the machine clean and maintained.

Qualifications

• 1+ year operating CNC mills or lathes in a production machine shop (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and basic GD&T.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
