Job summary

SWPC is seeking an experienced machinist to produce components for pistols, revolvers, and rifles. The role involves operating and setting up CNC machines, loading feed mechanisms, and ensuring quality alongside QC teams.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of CNC experience, familiarity with multiple control brands, and strong math skills. 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related cnc machining experience
• Experience with 4/5 axis milling and multi-axis lathes
• Familiarity with SPC and CMM interpretation
• Must be able to read/write English
• Strong math skills for machining calculations

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate firearm components.
• Set-up CNC equipment and load feed mechanisms.
• Verify settings and adjust CNC programs accordingly.
• Maintain safety procedures and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document production logs and quality records.
• Collaborate with QC to ensure highest quality.
