Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce pistol, revolver and rifle components.
• Set up CNC equipment and loading feed mechanisms.
• Verify and adjust CNC settings to maintain tolerances.
• Maintain safety procedures and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document production and quality logs; train teammates as needed.
• Manage workload on 12 CNC machines and support production schedules.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure the highest quality output.
