• 3–5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience preferred.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with 4- and 5-axis machining and CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 4- or 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Program and modify CNC programs to support production needs.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; select tooling and fixturing.
• Develop machining strategies to improve cycle times and tool life.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring equipment and ensure quality standards.
