Aerotek in Middletown, PA is hiring a CNC Machinist for a contract role on first shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday–Friday). The position focuses on low-volume, high-mix production with tight tolerances and a collaborative shop environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal), performing complete setups, reading blueprints, verifying parts with calipers and micrometers, applying GD&T, and troubleshooting to meet customer specifications.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of CNC setup experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Strong understanding of machining practices and blueprint reading.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines.
• Perform complete machine setups and run production parts independently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Verify part quality using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Apply shop math and GD&T principles to ensure accuracy.
• Operate CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc controls.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain workflow and meet customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary machine adjustments.
