Job summary

ProKatchers LLC in Seattle is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and run CNC machines and produce high-precision components.

You will read blueprints, perform quality checks with calipers and micrometers, and maintain records while keeping workspaces clean and safe. This assignment is 11 months with potential extension.

Preferred candidates have knowledge of G-code, GD&T, CNC mills/lathes, and relevant technical education or certification.

Qualifications

• Strong blueprint-reading and mechanical skills.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and monitor machine performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Maintain production records, equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Follow 5S, safety, PPE, and ISO 9001 requirements.
