Qualifications

• Experience with two-axis CNC lathes in aerospace/industrial shops.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret tolerances.
• Hands-on setup, offsets and measurement with diligence.

Responsibilities

• Read approved programs and perform G-code edits.
• Set tool offsets, install tooling and load jobs.
• Monitor wear, troubleshoot routine issues.
• Cut and measure parts to required tolerances.
• Document production and inspection activity.
• Operate safely in a multi-shift aerospace/industrial shop.
• Machine titanium, Inconel or other hard metals as taught.
