Trystar Inc is hiring a Laser Cutter Operator in Houston, TX. This full-time role operates CNC laser cutting equipment to produce quality metal parts per customer specs, reads blueprints, handles materials, inspects outputs, and maintains a safe work area.

The ideal candidate has CNC operation knowledge, blueprint literacy, and a strong commitment to accuracy and safety. The position supports production schedules with focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Basic understanding of measuring tools and weld quality inspection.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut sheet metal and plate according to specifications.
• Set up the laser cutter for different materials, thicknesses, and job requirements.
• Load and unload raw materials using proper material-handling procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and CNC programs.
• Verify material type, thickness, dimensions, and quantity before production.
• Monitor the machine during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions, cut quality, and defects.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Sort, label, and organize completed parts for the next production operation.
• Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the laser equipment.
• Report machine problems, material issues, and quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
