Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Laser Operator in Fort Worth, TX to set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines. You will read blueprints, monitor production, and ensure part accuracy using calipers and tape measures.

The role requires 1 year of CNC laser experience with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Monday–Friday schedule with possible Saturday work, paying weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC laser cutting operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production specs.
• Ability to use calipers and measuring tapes.
• Knowledge of material types, thicknesses, and proper cutting settings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
• Load and position metal sheets into the machine.
• Read blueprints and production specs to determine cutting requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed.
• Verify material type, dimensions, and cut quality.
• Use measuring tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy.
• Identify and report machine or production issues.
• Maintain proper material flow and production efficiency.

Laser Operator – Fort Worth, TX 76131

We are currently hiring an experienced Laser Operator in the Fort Worth, TX area! If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and have experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery, we would love to speak with you.

Position Details:

Pay: $21-$22 based on experience
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6am until 3-4pm. Saturdays as needed
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Requirements:
