Qualifications

• 1+ years of machine operation, CNC operation, laser cutting, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and machining requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC-controlled laser equipment and other CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Load parts, set offsets, perform edits, deburring, and support production setup activities.
• Read drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to quality standards and perform deburring as needed.
• Identify malfunctions, out-of-tolerance conditions, or quality concerns and make adjustments within assigned capabilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, production-ready work area.
