Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machine operation in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with machine setup, offsets, changeovers, and basic program editing is highly desirable.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop math.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to train on 1st shift if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser machining equipment.
• Load parts and set machine offsets.
• Perform simple program edits.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure parts using precision inspection tools.
• Perform visual inspections and deburr finished components.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with production, engineering, quality, and supervisors.
• Assist with equipment startup and shutdown after training.
